Job Description
Power BI and Dynamics 365 Technical Support and Data Analyst.
The Power BI and Dynamics 365 Technical Support and Data Analyst serves as the data lead for the organization and is responsible for defining the requirements, metrics, tables, and reports.
The Data Analyst will work closely with ministry and technical stakeholders to ensure the data warehouse meets the needs of the organization.
The Data Analyst will lead the implementation of Power BI and will provide technical support for Dynamics 365, the organization's CRM system.
Essential Job Functions :
1. Convert raw data into meaningful analysis using interactive, easy-to-understand Power BI dashboards and reports.
2. Developing Power BI solutions by working with effective teams from multiple disciplines.
3. Collaborate with teams to integrate appropriate reporting based on system constraints.
4. Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 CRM system.
5. Develop and map transaction processes to insure proper internal control and data integrity.

Education & Work Experience Qualifications :
1. BA degree in the field of Computer Science or Business Analytics.
2. Three years' experience working with Power BI is required.
3. Working knowledge of DAX functions.
4. Advanced Excel skills in data analysis including the use of Pivot Tables.
5. Experience supporting Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus.
6. Self-starter with a strong sense of integrity and professional conduct.
7. Team-oriented and outstanding interpersonal skills.
8. Must be able to work independently and maintain tight schedules.
