A growing law firm is seeking insurancedefense attorneys with 3 years of experience in Insurance defenselitigation. It is especially interested in attorneys withfirstparty insurance litigation and / or construction defectlitigation.
Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areaswould be ideal : commercial litigation insurance defense productliability employment law and business litigation.
The ideal attorney candidate will have thefollowing :
- Proficient at handling acase from inception to resolution including preparation ofpleadings motion practice taking depositions and trial workhandling mediations
- Experience in reviewingclaims files communicating with claims professionals andclients
- Selfstarter;professional
- Works well both independently andin a collaborative environment
- Energeticenthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Stellerresearch written and verbal communication skills arekey
