Duties :
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients
- Customize insurance plans to fit clients' individual needs and budget
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an insurance agent or in a similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for insurance quoting, policy management, and client communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
