Job Overview

The Creative Director will guide the creative vision across all platforms and initiatives, ensuring our brand message aligns with strategic objectives.

This role involves directing the creation of marketing materials, brand campaigns, and multimedia content, overseeing content production at Technical House, and maintaining brand consistency across all communications.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Vision Setting

  • Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance our market presence and brand identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights for creative decision-making.

Creative Development and Implementation

  • Lead the design and execution of marketing materials and digital content, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with brand goals.
  • Create compelling and innovative content, including videos and photos, that engages target audiences.

Special Projects

  • Oversee creative content production at Technical House, focusing on the integration of culinary and technology.
  • Collaborate with chefs and other creative professionals to create content showcasing products as tools for creativity.
  • Manage projects that highlight the innovative use of technology in modern culinary practices.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Manage external creative teams, set clear goals, and provide feedback to ensure professional growth and high-quality outcomes.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with departments such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure brand message consistency.
  • Present creative concepts and progress to stakeholders, securing buy-in and aligning with company strategic objectives.

Project Management

  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for creative projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Establish high standards, conduct regular reviews, and make necessary adjustments to maintain creative excellence.

Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously enhance the team's creative capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia projects and creative leadership.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
