CVOR Registered Nurse

Vascular OR RN

Shift : 3x12 days 6am-630pm (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs, Monday-Friday. 36 hours / week.

Is on-call REQ? yes, It will be 8-9 call shifts per month including a weekend

Holiday requirements : Holiday call may be required

Years of experience REQ : 2

Experience required : Must be able to scrub and circulate complex Vascular cases.

First-timers accepted : Not preferred

License Required : SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract

Certs REQ : BLS, ACLS-must be AHA

Required : Radiation badge. radiation badge to be provided by agency

Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires manager's approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs

What is the local radius rule? 60 miles

Locals accepted : Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate

RTO Restrictions : all RTO must be provided at the time of submission. Approvals based on dept needs

Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period). These hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift.

Parking Cost : Parking management office (located 91presidents street) to obtain parking permit. $20 registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage.
