Compensation :
$85,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Research and gather information on potential homes and local communities in Carlsbad, CA, US to effectively address inquiries from potential buyers.
- Coordinate and promptly schedule showings of properties with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in the Carlsbad area.
- Assist the lead agent in presenting properties to buyer clients in Carlsbad that align with their needs and financial constraints, ultimately enhancing sales opportunities.
- Guide clients in Carlsbad to determine the best offer price and support them through the closing process for a smooth and fair transaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients in Carlsbad.
- Follow up diligently on leads and implement effective lead generation strategies in the Carlsbad real estate market.
- Efficiently manage appointments and conduct consultations with clients in Carlsbad, CA.
- Close sales transactions successfully for clients in Carlsbad, CA, US.
Qualifications :
