SoFi is seeking a Social Media Strategist to support the strategy and implementation of influencer marketing across SoFi's brand and product initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to expand and execute an ambitious influencer strategy, activating and building upon our strategic approach, spearheading influencer campaign and execution across strategic approach, sourcing, contracting, and measurement.

You will partner closely with our internal team members, including our in-house creative studio, product marketing managers, data science, legal, compliance and media teams to drive awareness, consideration and member growth across SoFi's product suite.

SoFi is a new kind of finance company focused on speed, transparency, and alignment with our members' interests. Since our founding, we've expanded our personal finance offering to become the all-in-one finance super app that helps our members get their money right.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build upon influencer affiliate strategy, driving growth with existing partners and expanding program across partners and products
• Develop influencer campaign approach and tactical plans in partnership with brand and product partners
• Source, evaluate, and pitch influencer talent that delivers on campaign objectives
• Develop influencer briefing documents that lead to compelling, ownable creative
• Oversee contracting and approval of influencers and associated content
• Spearhead measurement approach, identify and solve issues and report on success
• Partner with media and performance teams to leverage paid influencer creative
• Partner closely with SoFi's legal and compliance teams to ensure content adheres to regulatory conditions

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, 3+ specifically in social media and influencer marketing
• In-depth experience with affiliate marketing and Impact Radius affiliate platform (or similar)
• In-depth understanding of social channels (existing and emerging), influencer / creator marketplace
• Experience managing and contracting talent
• Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong EQ and ability to assess nuance in conversations and react accordingly

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.

Pay range : $80,000.00 - $150,000.00

Payment frequency : Annual
