Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate : 10 / 7 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $2322.00 - $2675.00
PT needed asapRole Responsibilities :
- Required to prioritize start of care visits
- Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
- Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
- Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
- Be generally responsive during normal business hoursRequirement : CA PT License and one year of Home Health experience Territory : Sacramento, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed)Training : 3 full days, one in house and two in the fieldDocumentation System : KinnserEquipment Issued : iPad, Verizon One Talk Mileage Reimbursement : $0.
65.5 / mile (from first to last patient)Parking and Toll Reimbursement : PaidCompany Car : Option with a decreased bill rate
Required Qualifications
