As a Classified Cyber Security / Information Systems Security Manger (ISSM) you will join the Classified Cyber Security Team supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs to ensure classified information systems meet cyber security requirements and government directives.

Daily activities include providing hands on technical assistance for complex systems / networks, cyber technology development / implementation, assessing threats / vulnerabilities, and writing and supporting customer needs (meetings, calls, emails, demonstrations, etc.).

A successful candidate will work effectively throughout the Lockheed Martin organization. Additional duties include :

Participate in planning and implementation of current and future security domains including those which may introduce new service areas (e.

g. Cloud Computing, DevSecOps).

Develop system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring of both networked and standalone classified systems.

Perform system auditing, vulnerability risk assessments, Assured File Transfers, hardware / software configuration management, data integrity containments and investigations on IA related security violations / incidents.

Proactive identification and resolution of security obstacles / issues affecting architectures and deployments.

Provide mentoring and / or guidance to less senior technical professionals

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess a secret level clearance or above with an investigation in the last 6 years and be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

AeroCyber

Basic Qualifications :

• Possess DoD 8140 certification for ISSM (i.e. CISSP, CISM, CASP+, CCISO)
• Experience leveraging security tools such as Splunk, Nessus, McAfee / Trellix, Ivanti, ACAS, SCC, etc.
• Experience as an ISSM / O implementing or managing cyber security requirements on classified systems under JSIG, NISPOM, ICD 503, and / or CNSSI 1253.
• Experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems and Windows Domain infrastructure (i.e., Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, Group Policy Objects, Active Directory, SLES, RHEL, etc.)

Desired Skills :

• Previous lab environment exposure.
• Highly adaptive and the ability to drive an organization towards compliance.
• Creation and management of POA&M, SCTM, SSP, and other BOE artifiacts.

Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level : Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
