Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client implementation projects and general IT projects.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

What you will do

  • Manage client implementation projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns
  • Lead project meetings, providing direction and guidance to project team members
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
  • Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, IT, Engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on client implementation and IT projects
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
