Remote Employment Law Attorney

This is a remote position

Our client is currently in search of two types of employment attorneys. One with 4+ years of experience and one with with a minimum of 15 years of experience.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Skills & Experience needed :

• Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
• Strongly preferred : Current or recent experience working with school third party administrator employment panels
• Required : must have school district defense experience in employment law
• Must have 4 years of employment law defense experience
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with public entity defense a plus
• Must have knowledge of class / PAGA inclusive
• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees
• Member, State Bar of California in good standing
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Commitment to proactive case management
