Base pay range

$37,000.00 / yr - $45,000.00 / yr

AR-Clad Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our construction operations. This role will assist with estimating, project management clerical duties, and general office coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist lead estimator with bid communications, scheduling, and document organization.
  • Provide clerical support to project management (document control, scheduling, follow-up tracking).
  • Manage front office duties : routing calls, greeting visitors, filing, and supplies.
  • Perform light accounting entry and invoice / data tracking.
  • Help maintain clear communication and organization across departments.

Qualifications & Strengths

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Prior construction or office experience a plus (not required).
