What You’ll Impact at Extension
In this Account Executive role, you’ll work to build and manage a portfolio of clients, offering Contract, Contract-Hire and Direct Hire staffing solutions for professional level roles.
You’ll be the bridge between clients and cross-functional internal delivery teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
What We’re Looking for
- You have a proven track record of success in sales or business development; previous staffing experience a huge plus!
- You have experience in building and maintaining a book of business and can communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive C-level
- You have an outgoing personality and the ability to build strong relationships with those you meet
- You are extremely self-motivated and can be independent in your work
- You meet (and crush) KPIs / goals set for you
- You have a winning, competitive spirit (who likes to lose, anyway?)
