What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Originate new business opportunities and close deals with clients
- Build and maintain durable relationships with clients, inspiring trust and proposing innovative solutions
- Consult with C-level executives to strategize and plan for their future needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic opportunities
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Extensive experience in a B2B consultative sales role with a proven track record of exceeding business goals
- Experience in business development initiatives and generating new client logos
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex deals
- Proficient in presentation skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders, using Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
