- Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.
- Effectively communicate pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.- Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.
- Formulate effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit or department.- Perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.- Preferred : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
