Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Wathena Healthcare & Rehab Center.
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support.
- Promptly respond to resident call lights and provide timely assistance.
- Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Document and chart care for each resident, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Protect residents' rights and adhere to our policies and standards.
Requirements :
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- A caring and loving personality and demeanor
- The ability to work your scheduled shift
- The ability to read, write, and speak English
