Front Desk Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

Welcoming residents and visitors as they enter the condominium, providing friendly and professional assistance, answering questions, and directing them to appropriate areas or personnel.

Accepting and logging incoming deliveries and packages for residents, notifying them of arrivals, and ensuring secure storage or delivery according to residents' preferences and condominium policies.

Answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls to appropriate parties, taking messages, and providing information or assistance as needed, serving as a central point of contact for residents and external inquiries.

Monitoring and controlling access to the building, including issuing visitor passes or access cards, verifying identities of visitors and service personnel, and enforcing security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records and databases, scheduling appointments or reservations for amenities or services, and preparing correspondence or notices for distribution to residents.

Front Desk Shift Info

Morning 5 : 30am - 3 : 30 pm

Monday- Friday

Front Desk Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Clerical experience preferred

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Able to pass a background check

Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity

Able to work in the US.
