AppleOne is assisting a client in hiring Customer Service Representatives to work remotely in the state of Florida.

This Customer Service Representative position features :

  • 100% Remote
  • Helping People via inbound and outbound calls
  • Great Pay

Start Date : Late October / early November - Long term temporary project w / potential of perm conversion

Hours : Schedule for this class will fall between 7AM-11PM shifts, including weekends (40hr work week)

Pay : $17 / hour for non-bilingual and $18 / hour for bilingual in either Spanish or Creole (will be required to take a language assessment)

Training is 9AM-6PM M-F for the first couple weeks, but afterwards they will be placed in a shift between 7AM and 11PM, any day of the week.

Requirements :

  • Must have a desktop or laptop computer and access to high-speed internet via an ethernet cord and not wifi
  • MUST be able to pass a background check
  • MUST meet tech requirements (Headset, Dual Monitor, High speed internet)
  • MUST be available to work this shift including weekends
  • MUST have distraction free work environment
  • MUST not have any planned time off in first 90-120 days
