About The Position

If you're interested in making a significant impact as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, in Philadelphia, PA this position might be what you are looking for!

Responsibilities :

• Provide Speech Therapy services to residents
• Initiate referrals as appropriate, and in accordance with department procedures
• Interpreting and communicating evaluation findings to patients, family, and other team members, and coordinating treatment plans collaboratively
• Evaluate residents to gather data for treatment planning
• Develop treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals and supervise and direct Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) in implementing these plans.

Qualifications :

• A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
