103 PMHNP - Hybrid

Headlight is looking for PMHNPs with their 103 status to join our team in Southern California. This role is full-time with a hybrid schedule that requires 3 days a week in-office. Our clinicians chose Headlight because

Above compensation represents total compensation. Total compensation is equal to our base salary of $152,000 plus Headlights monthly billed hour bonus. - Total Yearly Compensation at 25 billed hours- $176,000 - Total Yearly Compensation at 27 billed hours- $189, 920 - Total Yearly Compensation at 30 billed hours- $210, 800
