Job Type : Full-time, 40 hours per week
$5000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR ALL CLINICAL POSITIONS.

Job Description :
Our case manager provides mental health services to children and adolescents as a part of a community-based treatment team.
The position provides an opportunity for rewarding work with families in need of mental health support, consultation with dedicated colleagues, and many growth opportunities
Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
- Case management, including an assessment of the needs of the child / adolescent and family
- Active collaboration with community providers and services
- Using therapeutic skills
- Consultation with medication providers, clinical staff
- Developing treatment plans utilizing an electronic medical record
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or education / counseling from an accredited college or university.

- Commitment to teamwork
- Self-Starter, Independent
- Time management and organizational skills are a must.
- Excellent communication ability with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners.
Qualifications :
Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy.
