Your role

Your key goal is to discover new business opportunities and help customers master all the complex details of packaging. You'll uncover customer needs where you can create custom, value-added packaging solutions. Your sales will build as you drive the customer experience by discovering customer needs, determining the right products, bringing in our experts when needed, collaborating with our design team, and then engaging with customers on final product changes.

Your background and experience

• Sincere desire to help our customers grow through collaboration and partnership
• Substantial success in business development with sense of urgency to drive results
• Proven critical thinking skills and the initiative to be a self-starter
• Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Proficiency with a CRM to manage customer accounts and your calendar of events
• Microsoft Suite product knowledge including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
