Job Summary
Always Best Care Senior Services Oahu is looking for an experienced, passionate CNA / NA to join their healthcare team in Honolulu, Hawaii for a full-time position.
This role will provide a flexible schedule and weekly pay.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers an excellent compensation package, with an hourly wage of $18 to $22 per hour and bonus. Health, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan are available.
Paid time off is also available after a successful employment period.
Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling
Choose your own shifts
Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions
Workplace Selection : Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace / Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care for patients including bathing, changing, and transporting
- Assist with light housekeeping duties for patients
- Provide companionship and mental stimulation to patients
- Help with daily life activities such as grooming, hygiene, feeding, etc.
- Answer patient calls and support their needs
- Address patient concerns and report changes in health to the supervisor
- Follow safety protocols and promote a safe environment
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of a CNA or NA certification
- Prior experience in the healthcare / medical field preferred
- Good knowledge of medical systems, regulations, and techniques
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Outstanding social skills and ability to build a relationship with patients
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
