Salary and Benefits

• Salary : $225,000
• Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000
• Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
• RVU Bonus
• Quality Incentive Bonus
• Health Insurance Employer contributes 70% (Approx. $80 per pay period), coverage starts Day 1
• Dental and Vision Insurance (2 plans available)
• Retirement Plan 401(K) with 3% company match, fully vested after 1 year
