Job Description : Customer Service Rep (FULLY REMOTE POSITION)
FTE CONVERSION NOT EXPECTED - 6 MONTH CONTRACT
ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (JAPANSE to ENGLISH)
WORKING HOURS : 3PM CST - 11 : 30PM CST (30 minutes lunch)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Monday-Friday position.
The selected applicant will be assisting customers via video appointments and verifying personal identification documents during these appointments.
The selected applicant will be responsible for tracking their interactions with customers and coordinating the results of their appointments with other team members.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bilingual (English / Japanese)
- Good organizational skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Effective interpersonal and verbal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Well-developed knowledge of banking operations and human resources
