What You’ll Be Doing :

• Operations Management : Support the oversight of transportation operations, ensuring our FTL (Full Truckload) services run smoothly and efficiently.
• Route Support : Help optimize delivery routes by working with data and tools, ensuring on-time deliveries while keeping costs down.
• Driver App Coordination : Assist with integrating driver applications, making sure our tech platform and third-party fleets communicate effectively.
• Fleet Management Support : Work with our third-party carriers to ensure they meet W / : RP’s standards for service quality and safety.
• Customer Interaction : Collaborate with customer service teams to help provide excellent service. Assist in addressing any issues that arise to maintain strong client relationships.
• Process Improvement : Help analyze operations data to spot areas for improvement and suggest changes to streamline processes.
• Learn and Grow : Stay updated on industry trends and supply chain practices. Bring new ideas to help W / : RP stay ahead in the transportation industry.

Qualifications :

• Organized : You’re great at managing your time and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to Learn : You’re enthusiastic about growing your skills and open to learning new things.
• Basic Operations Knowledge : Some experience or coursework in operations, transportation, or fleet management.
• Good Communication Skills : You can effectively communicate and are focused on providing good customer service.
• Logistics Experience : Any prior experience or internships in logistics or transportation is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking : You enjoy working with data and finding ways to improve processes.
• Problem-Solving : You’re resourceful and enjoy solving problems.
• Educational Background : A degree or coursework in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
