A company is looking for a Senior User Researcher (Quantitative).

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategic and tactical research initiatives aligned with business goals

Generate actionable insights by integrating disparate data sources into a cohesive narrative

Build cross-functional partnerships and mentor researchers to enhance user-centric practices

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in user research for digital products, preferably for technical users

BS or MS in Interaction Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or equivalent experience

Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and statistical modeling

Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical software

Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle and collaboration with cross-functional teams
