🚀 Director of Sales – StretchLab Connecticut

Location : Hartford & Fairfield County, CT

Compensation : $85,000–$100,000 base + $50K+ incentives | Full benefits

Core Ventures is the largest StretchLab franchise group in the world with 13 (and counting!) locations across Connecticut. We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to take our growth to the next level—leading multi-site sales operations, training high-performing teams, and driving record-breaking revenue.

This isn’t a “sit behind the desk” leadership role. You’ll be in the field coaching, strategizing, and motivating managers and sales teams to exceed goals. If you thrive in high-growth environments, love building people up, and know how to turn performance into results—this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do :

Lead sales strategy across 13+ studios and growing

Train & mentor Area Directors, General Managers, and Sales staff

Drive revenue, forecasting, and KPIs with accountability & coaching

Partner with Marketing on targeted sales initiatives

Elevate client experience through world-class sales culture

What We’re Looking For :

Proven success leading multi-site sales operations (fitness, wellness, or retail a plus)

Track record of hitting & exceeding revenue targets

Strong leadership + coaching skills to inspire teams at all levels

Financial acumen : budgeting, forecasting, and profitability

High-energy, people-first leader who thrives on growth
