Part-time Sales Associate

We are seeking an experienced part-time Sales Associate to join our team.

You will be an integral part of creating exceptional shopping experiences for our clientele.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing personalized service and styling advice to our clientele.
• Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings, including the latest trends and classic styles, to confidently assist customers in their buying decisions.
• Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Proactively reach out to clients to inform them of new collections, promotions, and exclusive events.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the store.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end retail sales, preferably in menswear or luxury fashion.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a commission-based environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong fashion sense and an understanding of men's style trends and classic clothing pieces.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• 20-30 hours per week
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Benefits and Compensation :

• Base compensation starting at $25 per hour with commission opportunities and sales bonuses.

Bill’s Toggery is a 3rd Generation, independently owned, full-service men’s store, located in a Historic Building in a bustling downtown, imbedded in a rapidly growing suburb.

We carry a full selection of men’s clothes from dress clothing and furnishings to footwear and sportswear. We have a 1920’s style Custom Shoppe and a full-time tailor on staff.
