Job Title : Asset Based Finance, Finance Analyst

Job Description :

The Finance and Reporting Team provides financial planning, reporting, and analysis on behalf of the Asset Based Finance (ABF) investment vehicles.

Manage the ABF short- and long-term forecasts. Drive the preparation of periodic analytics and analysis to add strategic insight into business performance and future results.

Track key segment performance indicators.

Support transactions in multiple capacities, including but not limited to, client allocations, performance, and the tracking of each client mandate.

Maintain historical cash flow, investment, and performance data.

• Assist in the preparation of management materials for Blackstone's earnings release preparation.
• Facilitate the preparation and review of quarterly investor communications and other marketing-related schedules and exhibits.
• Interface with stakeholders across the firm including but not limited to the ABF Investment team, Investor Relations, and Fund Accounting.

Qualifications :

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1+ years of experience
• Advanced Excel / modeling skills required; experience with valuation or forecasting required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in the financial services and / or asset-based finance industries is preferred

Expected annual base salary range :

$90,000 - $125,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.

For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation : Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
