Work Schedule :

  • 7-hour shifts typically from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
  • Alternating weekends and holidays are mandatory.

    • Job Summary :

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) to join our Radiology Diagnostic team. The role requires providing diagnostic ultrasound imaging in an acute care setting with a focus on quality, patient safety, and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site position with a fixed schedule including weekends and holidays.

    Responsibilities :

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to established protocols and physician requests.
  • Deliver high-quality images to assist in accurate diagnosis.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
  • Participate in a mandatory two-week training program, including EPIC system training.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to support patient care.
  • Adhere to department and hospital policies, including shift schedules and weekend / holiday coverage.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum of one (1) year of general registered ultrasound experience.
  • Proven experience working in an acute care environment.
  • Ability to work in-person (no virtual interviews).
  • Flexibility to work alternating weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  • Competent in performing ultrasound studies according to best practices and safety guidelines.

    • Education & Certification Requirements :

  • Completion of an accredited ultrasound technologist training program (military training accepted).
  • Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) — Required .
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — Preferred .
