Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join the team and offer comprehensive, confidential support and crisis intervention for individuals, covering a wide array of emotional, behavioral issues.

The ideal candidate will provide psychological safety and trauma-informed care, be available during and beyond typical business hours, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

This position requires effective communication skills for interacting with diverse populations and the ability to provide consultative services to management, including organizational analysis.

Salary : $100,000-$105,000 per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities :

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with patients experiencing chronic pain.
• Development of treatment plans.
• Provide participants with confidential, non-medical counseling services
• Assess the participant’s immediate risk and biopsychosocial needs
• Deliver virtual or telephonic educational support to identified patients, caregivers
• Act as primary point of contact for patients and health care professionals
• Understand a patient’s support needs and interaction preferences to deliver a seamless, tailored patient experience that helps each patient complete their pathway to treatment as prescribed
• Maintain required records on patients and updates progress notes as required. Ensure clinical chart contains necessary information regarding patient’s status and other information.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Got a valid and active Oregon state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to the table, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services
• Show off your knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
