Requirements : Physician Assistant with North Carolina State License Location : Chapel Hill, NC Explore and experience how Avance Care is providing professional and personal life balance : Maximum of 40 hours per week (including breaks and administrative time)

Expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour

Collaborative environment with onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists

Innovative, integrated use of telehealth

Centralized care coordination, care management, and population health management
