Position Description: The primary goal of this position is to manage each project from manufacturing shipment until final payment (job closeout). It is required for this position to coordinate in direct communication with the installation manager or coordinator in order to maintain seamless line of communication. This position shall be responsible for gathering the required information from engineering and provide it to the installation team for each job. This information shall include but not be limited to contact information, job site test requirements, estimate provided man hours and expenses; as well as any information requested from the installation department concerning engineering data. This position shall provide assistance to the installation department in order to tack and project job completion cost. In providing seamless communication efforts with the installation department it shall be a requirement to ensure when communicating with the customer to provide accurate information in sync with intentions of the installation department.
Job Responsibilities: · Manage job completion activities with the client · Manage final payments from clients in a timely manager · Provide a weekly status report to Plant Manger and installation department · Work in direct communication with the installation department · Gather required engineering documentation for the installation department · Develop systematic processes for completion of Engineering tasks in order to optimize Engineering Department performance

Education: · A degree in business management is a plus · This position also requires a minimum of five years applied experience. · Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education if determined by Senior Management
