Workers Comp Attorney Qualifications / Responsibilities :
- Bachelor's, Juris Doctor degree preferred
- Member, State Bar of California
- Strong research, negotiation skills
- Manage and resolve workers' compensation cases
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in the legal process
