APPLY TODAY! Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required :
- 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
- 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Boilers class 1, 2 or special is a plus but not required
- EPA certification a plus but not required
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED for all Techs
Compensation and Benefits :
- Compensation is $21 - $27 / hour
