Content Operations Intern : NYC - Spring 2025

Your New Role

This internship will be located in the NYC area. The selected intern will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager's in office schedule.

As a hybrid Content Operations Intern, you will be working as part of a team that is responsible for supplying our diverse WBD library across multiple digital platforms in the US.

Your Role Accountabilities

Support content metadata population across WBD expansive content library as well as new-to-market programmingAssist key actions in WBD scheduling tools to ensure speedy, accurate and consistent delivery of large quantities of content packagesAssist in managing complex content entitlement attributes in WBD scheduling toolsGuide ongoing metadata adjustments through analysis of Excel reportingQualifications & Experience

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and effectivelyOutstanding skills in Microsoft Office are requiredMust be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)Must be in academic good standing (3.

What to know before applying :

The duration of the program is 12-weeksProgram dates :

Start Date : January 27th

End Date : April 18th

Interns will be expected to work 16-24 hours per week in a

hybrid capacity .Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired.

Relocation is not provided.Interviewing will take place from October through early December. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position.
