Our team is responsible for the TikTok Shop (E-Commerce business) search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design, making sure of the customer experience.

Responsibilities-Responsible for e-commerce search product, cooperating with US algorithms and engineering teams, making search product strategies strive for GMV target and a good e-commerce ecology.
Responsible for search infrastructure, including product and user understanding.-Responsible for front-end interaction design in search, to ensure that users have a good search recommendation experience.
Minimum Qualifications -Current full-time MBA student or equivalent experience. -Good data analysis skills and be able to promote product development through data analysis.
Good logic and understand algorithms and strategic thinking.-Strong cross-team collaboration skills and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications-Those with experience in the search field and experience in e-commerce platforms are preferred.
