Job Description
IntoMetal is currently seeking a Design Engineer. This individual would be expected to perform these or similar duties : Designs fixtures, jigs, tooling, parts and justify and deploy Continuous Improvement strategies.
This person will also need to communicate well with both internal and external customers.
Proficient in 3D Design and Drawing within SolidWorks.
Modify existing designs to correct errors, reduce cost or standardize products
Follow engineering standards
Safety conscious
Justify and implement Continuous Improvement strategies
Maintain proper engineering revision control
Any other tasks as assigned by Engineering Manager
