Qualifications :

• Licensed and Registered : A valid OT License and Registration in New York.
• Experience : Proven experience in adult OT.
• Communication Skills : Strong communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with EMR software is a plus.
• Homecare Experience : Previous homecare experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities :

• Patient Interaction : Communicate effectively with office staff and patients.
• Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule your visits directly with your patients.
• Care Planning : Evaluate patients and develop tailored plans of care based on their functionality.
• Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up visits according to the plan of care and patient progress.
• Documentation : Accurately document visits in our web-based EMR system, adhering to Medicare guidelines.
• Compliance : Maintain active credentials and perform all visits in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
