Marketing Specialist

Job Description Summary :

Marketing Associate will be involved in all aspects of brand marketing for KISS Nails. A key area of focus includes marketing plan development and implementation in US & Canada, and assisting on a global level.

Job Description : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Assists Senior Manager in all category marketing activities and plans. Executes plans on a global basis for all regions and accounts.
• Works closely with Product Development and Creative teams to execute all artwork requirements for both existing & new items including digital / social assets, promotional display graphics, product packaging
• Oversees category budget and program management of projects to ensure alignment, accuracy and executional excellence
• Provides category and brand recommendations for promotional planning and marketing support activities.
• Manages with internal partners to develop secondary promotional displays - finalize assortments, display renderings, sell sheets, p+ls, support planning, BOM set up, forecasts and finalizing artwork for domestic and Canadian accounts.
• Key role in digital media and communications including briefing agencies, establishing content and media strategy, establishing KPIs and goals, researching new platform opportunities, participating in the asset creation process.
• Leads key marketing initiatives within digital media, research, consumer sampling activations & public relations activities on a global basis.

Acts as primary category liason for outside agencies.

• Coordinates & interacts regularly with internal departments for brand integration and execution of all programs
• Assists in supporting needs for e-commerce team for nails on KISSusa.com
• Reports to KISS Nails Marketing Senior Manager

KSA) knowledge / experience, skills, ability & attitude :

• Candidate must be detail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitude, strong computer skills, a self- starter, be well organized and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Marketing major required / MBA desired
• Social & digital media experience and knowledge
• Skills strong strategic and executional skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results oriented
• Outstanding computer skills (powerpoint, excel, etc)
• Travel required; approximately 2 times a year

The anticipated compensation range is

21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.

The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
