In This Role, You’ll :

  • Provide data-driven insights to shape our strategic plan for increasing market share.
  • Analyze member spending on goods and services under contract.
  • Benchmark contract pricing against competitors and identify trends to leverage.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including those for the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers on initiatives that drive revenue and growth.
  • Help develop the organization’s financial plan and suggest proactive adjustments.
  • Report on revenue, projections, and budgets, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.

Education & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
  • 4+ years of FP&A experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in complex problem-solving.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.

Work Environment :

  • Hybrid : Monday Wednesday on-site in Amherst; Thursday, Friday remote.
  • Primarily sedentary with extensive computer work.
  • Regional travel is required for company-sponsored events.
