Salary : $55-60 / hr, dependent on experience

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, Greater Columbus OH area, 25-26 School Year

Positions : Full Time and Part Time, In Person

Pay : $55-$60 per hour based on experience ($79k-$86k per school year)

Sign On Bonus : $2,000

Daily Schedule : Mon-Fri

Job Description :

  • We are seeking a board certified behavior analyst with experience working with children in the public school setting. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Required Education, Certification, and Experience :

  • Masters Degree
  • BCBA Certification
  • Current COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst)
  • Position Qualifications :

  • Must have thorough knowledge of and experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Strong assessment and organizational skills
  • Collaborate with other members of the educational team
  • Complete required documentation for students on caseload
  • Strong communication and technology skills
  • Ability to pass state and federal background check
  • Position Duties :

  • Submit required daily billing and student log
  • Conduct student assessments such as VBMAPP, Vineland, Essentials for Living, etc.
  • Design and implement treatment plans
  • Complete progress reports and monitor treatment
  • Assist with team member training, mentoring, and supervision of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's), as applicable
  • Collaborate and communicate with student's family, caregivers, and other service providers as appropriate
  • Provide direct services to students and their families
  • Meet with clinical staff regularly to review progress
  • Document progress notes, reports, and other updates on a routine basis.
  • Complete necessary documentation for IEPs and other service plans
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings.
  • Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics.
