Job Description

Grand Design RV is currently looking for a Dispatcher . As a Grand Design team member in this role, you will provide service to our dealers by dispatching all U.S and Canada units, while also providing daily support to our Production plants & PDI departments.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Invoice & Dispatch units daily.
Create State Seals & CSA Seals daily.
Assist our Customer Relations team with damaged units.
Assist shuttle drivers with unit pick-ups.
Weekly yard inventory.
Afternoon daily reports.
Cooperate & work with the Pre-Delivery Inspection departments.
Pick up packets at the Production plants daily.
Assist other team members as needed.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous dispatching experience a plus

Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word a must

Basic computer skills

Must have a Valid driver's license

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be detail oriented

Strong communication skills a must

Basic grammar skills & legible handwriting skills

Physical Demands

Able to work early as needed

Able to work late & Saturdays as needed

Able to work in outdoor conditions year round
