QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Valid IL Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Authorization to work in the United States of America
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills and the ability to motivate and instruct students
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of effective instructional strategies
- Demonstrate knowledge of classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.

- Monitor and document student progress
