Change ManagementPractitioner to support Hexagon Implementation
Responsibilities :
- Lead change management activities includingcommunications sponsorship alignment impact assessments teamcollaboration and peoplerelated risk mitigation
- Conduct the Strategy Realization Framework (SRF)assessment to determine key risks and build mitigationplan
- Manage holistic communications strategyto keep stakeholders informed with consistent relevant and timelyinformation. Communications will leverage a variety of channelssends and feedback mechanisms
- Identifystakeholder impacts and determine mechanisms to address barriers tochange and mindset shifts required
- Create anddistribute communications content including email messageseffective storytelling slide presentations content for variousmonthly newsletters FAQs posters videos and / or additional materialsas needed
- Partner with L&D and KnowledgeManagement teams to identify needs and build collateral asneeded
- Meet with key stakeholders and / orfacilitating leadership meetings to provide updates and gatherfeedback
- Participate in workshops and projectteam meetings to identify risks build key messaging act as thevoice of the end user / customer and support facilitation ofeffective meetings
- Create post golive supportstructure (e.g. hypercare office hours tips and tricksetc.)
- Capture / publicize usertestimonials
- Manage SharePoint site to providea onestopshop for project materials
Key skills andqualifications :
- 5 years ofwork experience related to organizational change managementcommunications and / or training
- Changemanagement certification preferred (e.g. Prosci La MarshCCMP)
- Experience in troubleshootingorganizational skills effective storytelling through PowerPoint andability to translate complex technical content to digestiblecommunications
- Experience in culture awarenesscommunications planning and / or execution stakeholder engagement jobrole design training planning and / or execution or other relatedareas
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills across all levels of anorganization
