Fiber Installation & Splicing Technician (Uniontown / Connellsville, PA and Surrounding Areas)

Alliance Global Solutions is recruiting experienced Fiber Technicians for a new ISP opportunity in the Uniontown / Connellsville, PA market (south of Pittsburgh) . We are seeking 2 technicians who are skilled in fiber installation and fusion splicing.

Scope of Work :

  • Lay temporary fiber and perform fusion splicing at coyote boxes and NIUs.
  • Complete customer home installations, including terminations and testing.
  • Average 2–4 jobs per day assigned.

Compensation Options :

  • 1099 Contract : $150 per completed job (lay temp, splice, and install).
  • Hybrid Model : $20 / hour base pay + $30 per completed job.

    • Requirements :

  • Must be able to perform installs and fusion splicing independently.
  • Must provide own vehicle, gas, and tools.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must pass a background check and motor vehicle report (MVR).
  • Prior experience with customer premise installations required.

    • Schedule :

  • Full-time opportunity, work orders provided daily.

    • Job Type : Full-time
