We are looking for an ideal candidate who can leverage their skills as a finance manager to create a seamless and customer-centric approach from beginning to end.

They will assist sales consultants in selling more cars and provide customers with expert advice on the best options. Acting as a single point of contact for the sales and finance process, Our aim is to improve transparency, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle desking, rate quotes, and completing paperwork to federal, state, and company standards.
  • Develop and monitor guidelines for working with the customer to ensure top customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process
  • Assist with overseeing and monitoring the performance and managing internet leads
  • Coach and train sales staff on new and certified programs.
  • Coach and train sales staff to enhance the development of skills and value-building of sales processes
  • Coach and train the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance, and VSCs
  • Coach and train the sales staff to maximize appointment ratio from internet leads.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge or ability to quickly comprehend software for DMS, FI menu, CRM, and management tools
  • Thoroughly understanding new and pre-owned CPO programs, Knowledge of computer systems and related programs, and being informed of all factory incentives and programs.
  • Automotive Sales Management (2 yrs. + preferred) & Automotive F&I Management (2 yrs. + preferred)
  • Understanding of compliance regulation
  • Ability to understand and utilize incentive programs for Lease, retail, or cash
