Automotive Customer Service Representative

Titus-Will Collision Center is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday;

8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm schedule.

As a member of our 4-person Customer Care Team the appropriate individual handles (but not limited to) the following responsibilities :

• Answer phones
• Greet customers
• Respond to email
• Receive payments
• Create repair orders
• Reschedule missed appointments

Familiarity or understanding of the following is preferred :

• CCC One
• Audatex
• ERA / Reynolds & Reynolds
• Creating business appropriate correspondence
• Microsoft business suite (Word & Outlook)
• Experience working with auto insurance claims
• Managing assigned duties in a fast-paced environment
• Answering phones on a multi-line phone system
• Insurance guidelines and web systems

Titus-Will has been in business since 1938 with many locations throughout the South Puget Sound. The Collision Center currently employs about 30 individuals and services about 200 vehicles each month.
