$1,000 Sign on Bonus for bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and / or Portuguese!

Our Step One Early Intervention program is a family centered, community-based program that works in partnership with families to understand and meet the individual needs of children.

Step One supports the relationship between young children and their families. We provide educational and therapeutic services to children from birth to three years with special needs and provide support and education to their families.

The Speech Language Pathologist provides assessment, consultation, and home-based therapy services.

Our interdisciplinary team of professionals provides :

  • Developmental assessments
  • Home-based services to young children and their families
  • Consultative services to staff of other disciplines and families
  • Developmental, therapeutic group services for infants, toddlers and families
  • Consultation and collaboration with other community and medical providers such as child care professionals and pediatricians

Required Skills

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

Required Experience

Experience with children and families, preferably early intervention
